Hey, I’m Max! I’m 22, studying Public Governance at Utrecht University, and I work as a freelance photographer. When I’m not juggling that, I’m probably messing around on my guitar, hunting down good coffee, or catching up with friends and family.
Photography has been my creative outlet since I was 14, starting with my parents' old compact camera. What started as just playing around turned into something bigger – since then I have practically traded a kidney for gear, have built a solid online presence, collaborated with brands, and launched my own photography business, all in just a few years.
Outside of photography, I’ve got a mix of other things that keep me going: training for a marathon, reading, surfing, snowboarding or other sports involving something tied to my feet, and sometimes being a wee bit too passionate about sustainability.
